Culina Logistics are a market – leading food and drink 3PL specialist. We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Returns Clerk on a full time, permanent basis at our Milton Keynes depot.

Salary: £19,983.75 pa (Equivalent to £10.25 ph)

Shift: Monday to Friday ( 8.00 – 16.00)

Job Description

* Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse with the use of MHE such as PPT

* Assemble customer orders from the order profile

* Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures

* Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times

* Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

* Responsible for effectively and accurately managing all returns.

* Recording, investigating and resolving Customer claims, working to deadlines.

* Organising and processing Returns from the Customer ensuring accuracy of stock.

* Preparing daily and monthly reports, both internally and to the Customer.

* Processing all returned stock, from receipt to put away, including rework.

* Ensuring all returns are received at site and processed in line with the customer requirements.

* Advising of any quality issues immediately whilst liaising with the stock team.

Qualifications

* Ability to work within a chilled environment of 2-5 degrees

* Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment

* Experience using PPT would be advantageous

* Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning

* Conscientious and reliable nature

* Able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in a busy and demanding environment.

* Have a flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the business, particularly at peak periods during the year.

* Flexibility within the role to be able to cover other areas of the office teams.

* Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage their time effectively.
