We are looking for a Warehouse Operative/Production Operative you will be working for Electronics company based in Bletchley Milton Keynes

The role will be working primarily in the warehouse but assisting in production during busy times and holidays

Warehouse

Unloading goods received and checking off against delivery notes
Putting away materials and stock in the warehouse
Picking, packing and labelling of goods for despatch, paying particular attention to handling of delicate products
Labelling shipments with courier labels
Ensuring couriers collect the correct items and reporting any uncollected items to Line Manager
Checking stock levels, as directed by the Accounts Coordinator
Maintaining accessible storage of sample stock
Maintaining a clean and tidy environment in the warehouse area
Production

Preparation, production, and packing of cut parts and other materials which require processing by Production
Complying with production processes and maintaining required production quality standards
Accurate completion of production worksheets
Helping maintain a clean and tidy environment when working in the Production area
Accurate completion of Excel spreadsheets
Programming of computerised machines
General

Complying with the management process requirements for each working area, and for other tasks that may be undertaken
Understanding and complying with the Health and Safety requirements
Assisting with other tasks as may be reasonably requested
Key skills and personal characteristics

Physically fit and able to lift boxes weighing up to 20 KG

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Computer Literate

Good timekeeping and organisational skills

Ability to work independently or in a team

Attention to detail

Some Warehouse/Production experience would be beneficial

“Can do” attitude

Shift

Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.45pm  (45 minutes unpaid lunch-break)

Friday to 8.30am – 1.00pm (no break)

Total  34.5 hours

Pay Rate

£10.60
