Here at GXO, we’re working together with Waitrose and are currently looking for full and part-time Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Brinklow, Milton Keynes. We have vacancies on both our AM, PM, and night shift.

* An hourly rate from £12.89 to £14.21 depending on shift pattern, taking your minimum target earnings to £25,000 to £28,000!

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Supporting in the picking of customer orders
* Operate manual handling equipment in a safe manner
* Utilise the warehouse management system and ‘pick by voice’ equipment
* Ensure that all health & safety practices are followed in line with company policies
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* No experience necessary – we’re happy to train you!
* A good understanding of health & safety practices
* Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
* Flexible in your approach to meet changing workload demands
