Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in Milton Keynes.

The rate of pay is from £8.72 p/h up to £13.08 p/h with overtime for days and £9.23 to £13.83 with overtime for nights.

The shift times are:
– 6am to 2pm
– 2pm to 10pm
– 10pm to 6am

Parity pay after 12 weeks is:
– AM SHIFT £10.83 p/h
– PM SHIFT £11.20 p/h
– NIGHT SHIFT £12.08 p/h

Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative at this site, you will drive an LLOP (low-level order picker truck), move goods into cages, and complete accuracy checks.

The work will require you to be active throughout the shift, and you may have to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting.

We use headsets to communicate so a good level of English is important to understand crucial health and safety information.

Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Warehouse Operative has previous experience working in a warehouse and has a good level of English.

Full training is provided so having warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.

The site is a busy, fast paced environment so you will need to be someone who enjoys an active job and a lively atmosphere.
