Fantastic opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative at our client's busy supply chain.

Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in Milton Keynes.

Earn £10.00 to £12.00 per hour depending on shift.

You will work fixed shifts the hours of work are:

– 6am to 2pm
– 2pm to 10pm
– 10pm to 6am

Overtime is paid at x1.5 after 40 hours.

You will have a flexible approach to working hours to meet the demands of the business.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, you will:

– Operate MHE in line with training
– Complete safety checks and ensuring any accidents/damage is reported immediately
– Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
– Work in a safe manner observing all trained safe systems of work and standard operating procedures
– Contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas and attend departmental meetings
– Ensure communication flows between our administration and transport teams
– Assist in the maintenance of a high standard of housekeeping across the site
– Ensure compliance in all areas of responsibility in respect of workplace ethics and Health and Safety following the escalation processes

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse Operative will be self-motivated and have the ability to work individually using your own initiative but also able to work as part of a team.

You will be able to show conviction in your own judgment and be able to manage workload to meet changing priorities and have a flexible approach to work and tasks.

Experience as a Warehouse Operative is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
