Role – Warehouse Operative 
Salary – £10.00 per hour
Location – Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Atlas Employment are delighted to be working with this client seeking to appoint a Warehouse Operative to join their team. The purpose of this role is to work as part of a team within a fast paced warehouse completing tasks and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. What will you be doing as a Warehouse Operative?

Being a point of contact for customer queries when they come to the shop for collection 
Mixing renders and paints using warehouse machinery 
Following procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety 
Moving and stacking materials 
Keeping production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed and general housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area
Loading and unloading lorries
Spotting lorries and allocating stock 
Receiving/processing shipments 
Rotating floor stock 
Performing ad hoc general warehouse duties 
Using common warehouse management software 
Ensuring the maintenance of equipment, reporting any faults or wear and tear

Job Type – Temporary Contract
Status – Full-Time (Monday – Friday plus 2 Saturdays per month)
