Our client is looking for an experienced Transport Planner for their busy hub in Milton Keynes.

Key responsibilities.

Load planning for up to 20 HGV UK work.
Communicating with drivers and issues.
Communicating with customers.
Updating transport diary & operations.
Monitoring vehicles are running to schedule.
Skills required.  

Previous National transport planning and good geographical knowledge.
IT systems experience.
The ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Good communication skills and be responsive.
Competent decision making.
Knowledge of CPC needed to enforce CPC requirements

The hours can be part time or full time.

Starting time is 4am working a 8-9 hour shift or 4-5 hours if part time

Paying £25K – £28K pro rata
