Recruitment 99 are looking for a transport controller / dispatcher to work for our Milton Keynes based client.

Your role will see you arranging the distribution and planning of vehicles across the country ensuring safe and effective routes for the drivers.

You will be receiving calls from customers and dealing with queries.

You should be enthusiastic and looking for a challenge as no two days are the same.

You will be working in a team of 10 who are responsible for over 3000 daily journeys across the UK.

You will assist drivers with any queries and relay and delays to customers to ensure the best customer service possible.

A background in transport would be beneficial however full training is provided.

Good geographical knowledge would be an advantage.

You would also be expected to be able to make decisions quickly and independently
