Pertemps Milton Keynes branch are recruiting a Transport Administrator / Transport Clerk for our client based in Milton Keynes. This is an ongoing role working Twelve Hour shifts four on four off 7am until 7pm.

As a Transport Administrator / Transport Clerk it will be your responsibility to:
Brief and debrief drivers
Complete driver paperwork
Answer busy calls
Be responsible for handling and resolving delivery queries from customer services
Liase with planning team
Monitor drivers hours
Download digi card
Handle vehicle breakdowns
The Ideal Candidate:
Would have experience in a fast paced transport office
Know Working Time Directive and EU legislation
Be able to work in a very busy environment
Be able to multi task
