A Supply Chain and Operations Manager is required for a leading fitness company based in Milton Keynes. A salary of up to £40,000 is offered, depending on experience.

You will work with colleagues, (internationally), customers, suppliers and couriers to improve productivity and efficiency whilst maintaining costs, quality and services.

You will be responsible for budget planning, preparing monthly board reports and reporting to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for the overall management of the office, ensuring all systems and processes are successfully executed.

You must have previous experience monitoring performance of a business, with the ability to analyse data and identify improvements. You must also have extensive experience in logistics.

Skills Required

–          Experience in an Operations role where you analyse the performance of a business
–          Office and people management skills
–          3PL management experience
–          Excellent financial and Excel knowledge
