XCL Group have a new opportunity for a Production Worker
We are looking for people who can commit to the 1pm – 10pm shift and the pay is £11.05 per hour. Overtime is available during busy periods during the weekend and is paid at £16.58 per hour.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are growing due to new orders coming in and for the most reliable / hard working people there is a possibility that a direct contract could be offered after 13 weeks.
Qualities that are essential:
· Basic level of literacy and numeracy
· Basic problem solving skills
· Basic computer literacy
· High energy levels
Other qualities that are desirable
· Previous machine operator experience
· Previous experience of working in a fast paced production environment
·· Basic level of mechanical aptitude preferred
The position of Production Operator is an entry level position and this will be a Temp – Perm role
