Newstaff Employment Services are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a large Pipe Coupling manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes

The company is the world’s leading supplier of mechanical couplings into marine, building services and utilities industries. Exporting product all over the globe and with a buoyant UK market this is a very progressive business built on solid foundations.

This will be a great opportunity for someone who would like to develop their skills and develop themselves with an established SME.

Shifts:

Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and then the following week 12.00pm to 8pm (rotating)

Paying: £10.50 an hour

Duties:

Fabrication of steel parts, including:

Cutting, Rolling, Folding, Weld Cleaning

Working on various items of machinery (Press Brakes/Power Rollers/Forming Presses etc)

Ideal candidate:

Previous experience in a manufacturing background idealy 

Good awareness of quality, health & safety, and environmental requirements

Good attitude and work ethic

Willing to learn new skills

Good English both spoken and written as you will be reading work instructions
