Wilson Recruitment are currently recruiting 2 x Production Operatives for a client based in Kiln Farm on a Temp to Perm basis

Successful and hardworking operatives will be on a 13 week temp to perm contract, in house training and a clear progression path to supervisor level. An excellent role that, whilst is demanding, offers great work balance working 12 hour rotational days with just 14 days of work each month!! The role is packing finished goods, removing finished goods to the warehouse, replenishing of raw materials etc. The right person will be given further training to a machine operator level – there is some lifting in the work and the work is fast paced. We require motivated people that are up for high pace work, long shifts and happy to rotate shifts working nights and days. We are also looking for people that wish to go permanent via a Temp to Perm route

Immediate Starts on 12 Hour continental shifts as laid out below
Week 1 – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 6am-6pm
Week 2 – Weds, Thurs 6am – 6pm
Week 3 – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 6pm-6am
Week 4 – Weds, Thurs 6pm – 6am
Week 5 – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 6am-6pm
Week 6 – Weds, Thurs 6am – 6pm
Week 7 – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 6pm-6am
Week 8 – Weds, Thurs 6pm – 6am

Base hourly salary: £9.05
Overtime Available: Monday- Friday: 10.88 Saturday – Sunday: 13.05

As this is a production warehouse the ability to speak and understand English is essential for health and safety purposes. You will need Protective footwear and a hi vis. If you would like more details please click apply
