The Role:

As the Production Manager for the site, you will be a key player in the overall performance of the day to day. This position will be key to the smooth running of both the day to day & continuous improvement of the operation. It will within a fast paced & high energy environment, where you will be overseeing a manufacturing team whilst ensuring both KPI’s & SLA's are met by the business.

The Company:

A logistic business, who have seen significant growth over the past 18 months. With a strong portfolio book, they are forecasting further expansion and to go strength to strength.

Key experience:

* Previous experience in both GMP & GDP

* Ensuring site compliance both with site audits & SOPs are adhered too

* Production (re-work) management experience, leading large teams

* Ensuring products are inline with GMP regulations

* Familiar with lean tools & techniques
