Experienced operations manager required for leading warehousing & logistics business based in Milton Keynes.

We are currently seeking experienced leaders within the industry to oversee the full management of the onsite contracts across multiple warehousing contracts. Working as part of the senior management team you are responsible for the management of the team supervisors and team leaders across multiple clients within the distribution centre to drive productivity and team moral in a fun but efficient way. You will be responsible for chairing team planning and review meetings and feeding back to the client(s). Some Client facing experience is required.

You will be required to work across all 3 main day shifts on a monthly rota basis. Flexibility will be required.
