J&J Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager for a leading Third-party Logistics (3PL) business based in Milton Keynes.
This challenging yet rewarding role offers an excellent package and opportunity to work with some premium contracts within this fast moving multi user distribution centre.
You will be responsible for both the management of multiple contracts from an operational perspective and for leading your teams to achieve KPIs to ensure the best level of service to your clients.
Successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within a 3PL environment and have experience managing and driving productivity across multiple teams and Third-Party Contracts.
Key Requirements:
* Third Party Logistics (3PL) experience
* Management Experience (Similar environment)
* Proven track record of multiple client management
* FMCG and Retail clients experience (Preferred)
* Excellent Analytical, Interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
