Experienced Operations manager required for fast moving, industry leading third party logistics (3PL) business based in Milton Keynes.

This exciting role to lead small teams in a multi-client distribution centre offers either an experienced operations manager or up and coming shift manager the chance to oversee and manage the full distribution and fulfilment services to small medium and larger e-commerce based clients.

As well as utilising your strong warehouse management experience you will have exposure to the client services aspects of the role acting as a strong link between the client service team and the operations team.

Experience in a multi-client/ Multi Contract role is essential

Management experience within similar environment also essential.

Essential Requirements:

* Multi Client experience

* E-commerce experience

* Warehouse/ logistics management experience

* Multi department management experience

Key Details:

* Starting Salary £40,000pa (regular reviews/ increases)

* 45 hours per week

* 5 days per week

* Various day shifts

* Multiple E-commerce clients (3-5)
