Operations Coordinator
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be working closely with our Shift Manager in the Scanning Centre to ensure that our teams achieve operational excellence, utilising continuous improvement processes and our core values to consistently deliver to the highest standards.
The Role
As a key member of the Scanning Centre team, you will be involved in a range of tasks contributing to the processing of scripts, from receipt through Goods-in to storage. Achieving high quality standards, maintaining agreed productivity schedules and contributing to process improvement are all key aspects of the role.
During each Examination Series you will take responsibility for a specific function within the Scanning Centre, supervising a team of temporary workers across day, and during the peak summer series, this will include night shift to deliver a successful series.

The Person
In this role you will have experience of supervising and managing a team and carrying out repetitive work to high levels of quality. You will be a solid team player whilst having the ability to work independently. You would remain calm while working under pressure, adaptable and be positive to change in a fast-paced environment.
