To take full ownership and accountability for the company’s largest customer (EMEA region)
* Lead and take control from the Project Manager during transition
* Deliver on revenue targets (Sales and Margin)
* Ensure overall customer satisfaction at all locations
* Drive further business development opportunities at all customer sites
* Frequent travel across EMEA region to visit customer sites
* Recruit and mentor additional team members to achieve SLA
* Initiate process improvements and efficiency gains in the department
Key Attributes:
Batchelors degree or equivalent in Engineering or Science
5+ years experience in B2B Sales/Account Management (focus on technical sales/solution selling)
Previous experience in Engineering beneficial
Strong presentational and negotiation skills
Experience of leading and developing talent within a team
Analytical mindset and a high degree of numeracy and literacy skills essential
