My client provides a Reliable Distribution Service for Thermoplastic and Rubber Raw Materials, based on Quality of Service to our Customers and Suppliers, which is Reliable and Technically Proficient.

They are the largest distributor of branded Plastic and Rubber raw materials for the injection moulding, extrusion, compounding and rotational moulding industries in Europe.

Due to expansion and growth they are looking to hire a Inside Sales Executive to join there busy team.

Job Description for Inside Sales Executive:

You will work in a team, paired with a field based Account Manager, providing sales support to existing and prospective customers in an area of the UK. The role includes sales order processing and administration, customer logistics and technical support for a range of customers involved in the processing of Plastic raw materials. In your defined area, you will work to maintain and grow existing accounts via outstanding customer service. You will develop and implement plans to grow your sales through new business development, using all the resources that the company and its world class Polymer suppliers can offer.

As your role and knowledge develops as a Inside Sales Executive there are opportunities to progress within the company into sales and/or product management roles.

Person spec for the Inside Sales Executive:

The candidate will need to show enthusiasm and a strong work ethic, combined with
initiative. They should have a logical approach to problem solving, be organised and highly motivated.

They should have a positive and enquiring behaviour; be able to demonstrate a strong academic background and a fully rounded set of personal skills to enable them to succeed in a business to business environment.

Full training is given in our business systems, the sales and marketing value propositions of our products including the wider appreciation of Plastic raw materials and their markets.

This role would suit a recent graduate or a graduate with some experience

Qualification and experience requirements
University Graduate required; Degree in Polymers, Chemistry or Materials Science would be an ideal fit, but not essential.
