Interaction Recruitment are looking for HGV Class 1 tramper drivers for a new contract win.

Our client has depots in Bury St Edmonds, Northampton and Clacton, needing experienced tramper drivers with experience of working at ports and with tempratured controlled goods. If you have the following requiremnets below, this may be the job for you:

Min cat CE 2 years
Max 6 penalty points
Port of Felixstowe Rhides card essential
Tramping role can expect to be out 5-6 days/night per week.
Must be flexible with working patterns
Experience with temperature controlled goods essential
Prefer EU driving experience
Happy with unloading/ loading at some customer
Must be prepared to do London Markets
This role will involve possible EU work from time to time.

All vehicles are DAF XF Superspace with fridge, microwave and power inverter installed. Drivers will be assigned a specific truck, which will essential become 'their' truck to look after.

COVID tests will be done at Port with a 40 minute turn around time.
