POTENTIAL EARNINGS £925.00 PER WEEK, LONG TERM WORK ALL YEAR ROUND

Staffline is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for our prestigious client based in Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton NN4. 

Potential earnings are from £825.00 to £925.00 per week with holiday in lieu included. 

PAYE rates including holiday in lieu for the role of HGV 1 driver are as follows: 

Monday to Friday Days – £15.42 per hour 
Monday to Friday Nights – £15.62 per hour 
PAYE rates including accrued holiday for the role of HGV 1 driver are as follows:

Monday to Friday Days – £13.76 per hour
Monday to Friday Nights – £13.94 per hour
We are delighted to offer successful applicants ongoing full or part time work on a long term basis. Shifts are available predominantly with the start times on days between 3AM and 7AM and on nights between 3PM and 9PM from Monday to Friday. Occasional nights out available but not essential. No weekends required.

We also offer a new, entirely optional, alternative holiday pay arrangement where a driver can receive a payment of holiday as you work rather than holiday pay being accrued to be taken at a later date. Please contact us for full details. 

If you choose this option, you must still follow the standard holiday processes in respect of booking periods of time off from work and will be actively encouraged to take appropriate time off each year. 

Your Time at Work 

As an HGV 1 Driver, the work will involve Class 1 depot delivery using a double-deck curtain sided trailer. The role includes the distribution of building products, up to 5-7 drops to store locations throughout the South East and South West areas of the UK. Long hours available between 12 – 15 hours per shift. We require only drivers of the highest calibre, fully competent in driving C+E vehicles to the highest of standards. In return for your commitment we can offer guaranteed shifts and start times that suit you. Part time HGV drivers are also welcome to apply. 

We have other sites locally that work will be available at if for any reasons shifts are not available. 

Our Perfect Worker 

As an HGV LGV Class 1 driver, you will ideally have: 

6 months HGV driving experience 
No more than 6 points 
Digi card and DQC
Interviews will be held immediately
