Health and Safety Manager – 1 month rolling – £350 to £365 per day – Milton Keynes– Distribution
A Health and Safety Manager is required to join a distribution organisation based in Milton Keynes with possible travel to sites in the South of England. Reporting directly to the Head of Health and Safety you will be responsible for the day to day running of health and safety.
As Health and Safety Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out site inspections
* Driving the health and safety culture
* Carrying out risk assessments and audits
* Ensuring compliance across the business
* Being the main point of contact for any health and safety queries
The ideal Health and Safety Manager will:
* Hold the NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent as a minimum
* Be a Graduate Member of IOSH as a minimum
* Have experience working within a distribution, warehousing and logistics or manufacturing environment
* Be an engaging and communicative individual with the ability to liaise at all levels
In return, the daily rate offered for the Health and Safety Manager is £350 to £365 per day depending on qualifications and experience.
