We're on the lookout for an experienced Goods In Supervisor to join our well-established client based in Buckingham. This is a fantastic moment to join the business as they are experiencing a massive growth and there are lots of exciting projects ahead of them.
About the role:
As a Goods In Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* the day to day activity of the Goods In Operation
* leading, coaching, training and giving continuous support to the team members, including conducting performance reviews and appraisals
* managing the process of unloading and the checking in of stock
* inventory checks and maintaining accurate stock integrity
* sorting and placing stock into the relevant locations
* keeping of accurate records and maintaining and updating reports in line with SLA
* working towards business performance targets and KPIs
* acting as an ambassador for the company in all dealings with external bodies
About You:
* With previous supervisory experience
* Strong leader
* Great communicator at all levels within the business
* Great attention to detail
* With excellent planning and organizational skills
* Be able to follow and deliver clear instruction
* With strong safety awareness
* Counterbalance FLT licence beneficial but not essential
As the ideal Goods In Supervisor you will be able to work well as part of a team or under your own initiative. You will be conscientious and hard-working with fantastic work ethics and positive attitude towards the rest of team members. You will be super organized and proficient in planning and problem solving in a fast paced warehouse environment.
Hours of work: Mon – Fri, 8.00AM – 5.00PM, with 30min break.

Salary and Benefits:
