We are currently looking for Forklift Drivers to join our growing team in Wixams, Bedford, to work for one of the UK's best known variety retailers. With hundreds of stores across the UK, we are expanding our team of Warehouse superheroes in Bedford, to help keep those stores ticking over. 

PLEASE NOTE – THIS ROLE IS IN BEDFORD – (MK42 6EY) – FREE HOTELS & FOOD ARE PROVIDED FOR THOSE WILLING TO RELOCATE TEMPORARILY.

As a Forklift Superhero for this client, you will be moving a wide number of different items around within the warehouse, from household cleaning products, through to dog beds and garden furniture. It really is a very varied role!

Some basics of working in the Warehouse and being a Forklift Driver: 

You will be shifting and sorting stock on your Forklift
The warehouse is clean, safe and Covid friendly 
You should be Health & Safety conscious 
You might be asked to complete some other general warehouse duties but full training will be given where required
With lots of different shifts on offer, we are sure to have something to suit everyone. From Monday to Friday working (8 hour shifts) we also have continentals, offering you the chance to work for only 3 days and still get paid for 33.75 hours, or you could work for 4 days on a slightly shorter shift and then have 3 days off.

There are Temporary to Permanent opportunities on offer, so for the right people you may find yourself with a full time contract after just 12 weeks. Once you have gone permanent you can bag yourself an incredible instore discount and loads of other crazy benefits.
