Finance Assistant (Sales Ledger)

About the role:
Objective:
To Support the Finance Team in delivering an outstanding service to our customers by
supporting all aspects of the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Raise daily/weekly customer invoice
Raise customer Purchase Orders and collate with Customer invoices
Liaise with the Traffic team to ensure all invoicing requirements are met
Reconcile transport activity to ensure all work has been invoiced
Deal with customer invoice queries
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
High levels of motivation and action orientated
Previous experience of Sage Accounts software preferred
Hours of work:
Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00hrs with 1 hour for lunch.
