PERMANENT FACTORY SUPERVISOR – 28-30K MILTON KEYNES – MON-FRI DAY SHIFT!

Daily duties are likely to involve the following:-

* Hands on production supervisor role whilst demonstrating that you lead by example and liaise with other departments

* Leading a small team of 11 Production Operatives in the day to day production operation.

* Ensure that products are manufactured and assembled in accordance with the company standards

* Responsible for ensuring that production schedules are maintained and that cost and waste targets are achieved.

* Carry out visual inspection and ensure that the products are up to the required finished goods

* Approve and sign off any necessary documentation

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.15pm

What we need from you:-

* Previous experience within a similar supervisory/managerial role

* If you have experience of ISO14001/OHSAS 18001 that would be a huge advantage but not essential
