One of our Milton Keynes based clients require a temporary Export Administrator, initially for 3 months to assist with their work load, due to Brexit regulations.
Candidates must be energetic and dynamic with a “can do” attitude and willing to go the extra mile. They must also be quick to learn.
Requirements
• Experience using SAP (Sales Order Processing) highly desired. If experienced with Oracle for Sales Order processing, this would also be considered
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must have experience with Foreign Trade –Export processes for documentation and regulations
• Sales Order Processing – from initial customer order to despatch and invoice.
• Multitask – follow processes from price enquiries/confirmations to customer care, responding to enquiries and resolving complaints.
Salary = up to £13.00 per hour (£24,500 pro rata)
The hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00hr to 17.00hr with a ¾ hour break – total 36.25hrs per week
