Experienced Warehouse Operative – Forklift Driver
Pallet Truck Warehouse is an established growing company within the materials and handling industry. Distributing industrial handling equipment from manual to semi & fully electric handling equipment to all industries by direct & trade sales. We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative with Forklift driving experience.
The Warehouse Operative position will require the following skills:
* Being able to assemble equipment for dispatch so must be physical fit. Full training will be given.
* Checking goods in & returns with company details & condition of goods being received.
* Being PC literate with normal day to day tasks including data entry.
* Entering accurate Dispatch consignments for DPD & DX Freight on a daily basis
* Finishing the dispatch consignments with manifest at the of day for consignments.
* Assisting random stock checks where necessary
* Off-loading as team 2-3 40F containers per month via forklift via our drive on container ramp.
* Driving licence would be an advantage for local deliveries in our company van but not essential.
* Forklift licence or experience is essential as we are working with heavy goods moving from A to B
* We are willing to supply an updated refresher course for forklift training for the right candidate.
The right candidate will be required to work as a team always & also be able to work on their own initiative.
Pallet Truck Warehouse is based in Bradwell Abbey Milton Keynes with easy access & parking facilities
