Location: Milton Keynes and the surrounding area

Salary: Up to £23,000 pa + overtime for working potential 1 weekend in 6 + additional overtime + company vehicle + pension and other company benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading names within the coffee industry as we are seeking an Installation Engineer for Milton Keynes and surrounding. Salary is £23,000 pa + overtime + company vehicle + pension + other company benefits. Potentially working 1 weekend in 6, paid as overtime)

Position Description

Promoting the company by working professionally and efficiently as part of a team or individually, installing, removing and relocating hot beverage equipment for a broad range of clients ranging from high street independents to national brands and organisations.

Responsibilities:

* Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, undertaking risk assessments to ensure that it is safe to work and bring any risks to the attention of the company management

* Complete all necessary on-line job sheets, time sheets and other documentation as required, ensuring any paper work is available and has been reviewed and understood before setting off to site.

* Complete all necessary pre-installation checks, liaising with the client, other trades and third parties as indicated on work instructions to demonstrate a high level of customer care.

* Install equipment in line with company standards and current regulations, completing all post installation & commissioning checks.

* Identify any changes to scope or requests by the client, record any changes and complete all client paperwork prior to leaving premises to validate client satisfaction.

* Keep in good working order all tools, equipment and vehicles supplied by the company, reporting any faults, breakages or equipment failures to your line manager daily.

* Provide agreed spare parts stocks via hand held unit to ensure that parts are invoiced to the customer, deducted from stock and replenished to maintain your vehicle stock inventory.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* A confident individual with a passion for customer service

* Excellent understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment

* Demonstrates good problem solving skills and technical ability

* Computer literate with a clean driving licence

* Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location and hours (potentially working 1 weekend in 6, paid as overtime)

Salary: Up to £23K + Company Vehicle + 25 days holiday + Pension + other Company benefits
