Challenge-trg are recruiting for Despatch Operative on behalf our client in Aylesbury. IMMEDIATE START!!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Challenge-trg at the Dairy Production in Aylesbury. We are looking for Despatch Operative, for fixed rota days and nights.

The rate of pay per hour is:

Day week weekdays: £9.94

Day Saturday: £11.84

Day Sunday: £14.21

Night weekdays: £12.03

Night Saturday: £13.45

Night Sunday:£12.69

You'll be required to work in a fixed weekly pattern 2-3 days, 2-3 nights and 2-3 off and the hours of work will be:
06:30 to 18:30
18:30 to 06:30

Main Responsibilities

As a Dispatch Operative at this site, you will be required to work in the chilled department (2 Celsius), and your duties will include:

-Matching correct milk cages with the correct dispatch bay
-Loading milk cages on to lorries in a specific order
-This is physically demanding work

Person Specification

Our ideal Warehouse Operative is comfortable working in a chilled environment, completing repetitive tasks.

Accuracy and attention to detail are essential skills required to be successful in this role.

As this is an active role where a lot of heavy lifting and pulling is involved, a level of physical fitness will be beneficial.

You will also complete all general housekeeping activities while at work, ensuring that you maintain a safe working environment that complies with health and safety standards.

No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided on-site. English language speaking and written are essential.
