Our thriving client is looking to expand their team with an experienced Despatch Warehouse Administrator, based at their site in Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities shall include:-
The despatch administrator will release orders from SAP/WMS system
Create and release pick lists
Build shipments on internal and external portals
Updating data on SAP system and updating Master Trackers
Routing transport fleet of 5 vehicles
Creating and printing despatch labels and transport manifests
Booking in deliveries
The despatch administrator will handle incoming sales calls
Run replenishments reports
Manage Stock Transfers
Monitor Component Supplies for re-work projects
Handle stock enquiries
Process returns
Ad-hoc administration
Comply with ISO protocols
Experience Required:
Excel experience essential
SAP experience preferred
Good communicator
Excellent attention to detail
