CNC) Team lead

My client, a successful and well-respected family owned manufacturing business in Hull, are seeking experienced CNC Machinist to join and help train and develop their teams.

You will have previous experience in Machine Operating, working within a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse/ logistics environment.

Skills and experience.

Understand and plan tool changes
CNC machine operating experience
Provide mentoring for team members and conduct staff appraisals
Supervise and deploy CNC operators ensuring full productivity
Training & Development 
Attention to detail
Daily KPI’s including Quality
Good English skills, written and oral
Understanding of technical drawings

Salary depending on experience
Shift: Monday to Saturday
Hours: 40 hours per week
Days Off: Sunday and rotating day off in the week
25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
