StaffCo Direct are actively recruiting for Class 1 drivers for one of our clients based in Milton Keynes.

We are looking for highly motivated, flexible drivers who are able to take on the company’s ethos and assist us in the support of our client’s day to day operation.

The Job:

– Nationwide deliveries

– Delivering to stores, this can include London

– 24 hours start times available AM/PM Shifts Available

– Consistent work all year round for the right candidate

You will need to complete an assessment and induction this will include the following:

Eye test
Coupling and uncoupling
Full vehicle check
You must complete a short run
Short Theory test

 What we offer:

  PAYE Hourly Rate:

Monday to Friday:

– 04:00-11:59  £17.50

– 12:00-18:59 £18.50

– 19:00-21:59 £19.00

– 22:00-03:59 £20.00

– OT £22.00

Saturday and Sunday:

– 04:00-11:59  £22.50

– 12:00-18:59 £23.50

– 19:00-21:59 £24.00

– 22:00-03:59 £25.00

–  7 Day a week operation

–  Average shift length 10 hours

–  Guaranteed 9.5 hours pay per shift

–  Guaranteed work 

What we are looking for:

–  C+E licence

–  Current and Valid CPC and DIGI TACHO

–  No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)

–  Good level or English

–  Excellent knowledge of the UK road network

–  Hardworking

–  Good Timekeeping

–  Customer care focused

–  Well presented

–  Physically fit

–  Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous upon application of this role.
