Job Brief
Seeking an experienced sales representative to attract new clients, win new accounts, and maximize profitability within their sales territory. Candidates will work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning potential clients into long-term customers. The office is based in Aylesbury.
Responsibilities –
* Build relationships with existing customers
* Cultivate new leads within the sales territory working towards KPI’s
* Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis covering the MK and HP postcode
* Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
* Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts in CRM system
* Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
* Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
* Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
Requirements for the role –
* Proven sales experience with a personal target
* Good knowledge of HP and MK postcode
* Be someone who wants to grow their business and maintain an entrepreneurial streak
* Proven track record in new business development
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Willingness to undertake travel
* An open and likeable personality with honesty and integrity
* Autonomous approach with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
* Systems driven including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM Software.
* You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
