Weekend Customer Service/Administrator
Saturday and Sunday 1pm – 8pm
£8,500.00 per annum

Our client is currently recruiting for a Weekend Customer Service/Administrator based within their Milton Keynes office. Working 1pm to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday (including 25 & 26 December & 1 January if they fall on a Saturday or Sunday). You will work within the team to support the business providing a high-level service, ensuring that information and data transmitted to customers is of the highest quality and in line within set KPIs. The responsibilities of a Weekend Customer Service/Administrator will include but are not limited to:
· To source and validate traffic and travel information from a variety of contacts.
· To keep abreast of traffic incidents and trends in traffic flow.
· To process, input and disseminate information within strict timescales in order to provide real-time, accurate, high quality and consistent traffic and travel information to support internal and third party products and services.
· Provide out of hours support to field engineers.
· Fault management and reporting.
· Administrative and office tasks as required.
To be a successful Weekend Customer Service/Administrator you must:
· Be highly motivated, reliable and have a flexible approach.
· Ability to absorb, adapt and learn a wide variety of skills.
· Excellent customer service skills and proven ability.
· Good telephone manner.
· Ability to focus and prioritise in a high stress environment.
· Good communication skills both written and verbal.
· IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office software.
· Ability to collaborate/integrate with cross-functional departments, strong team player.
· Willingness to be extremely flexible and always operate in the company's best interests.
