Warehouse / Customer Support– Electrical Wholesale

Salary & Benefits: £ 22K-24k, depending on experience plus contributory pension scheme & profit-sharing scheme

Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Location: Milton Keynes

My client is a well-established Nationwide Electrical Distributor currently recruiting for a role that encompasses a wide range of duties within their busy Milton Keynes trade counter and distribution centre.

Role: No two days are the same! Duties will include working within the warehouse, picking and replenishing stock, serving on the trade counter and, when necessary, answering incoming calls.

Person: You must be reliable and punctual, be self-motivated, organised, and enthusiastic. A solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude whilst contributing as team player that is willing to adapt to the daily needs of the business.

You must also have the following attributes:

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Good standard of English & Mathematics

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Attention to detail & well organised

* A positive and hardworking attitude

* Able to work well independently and in a small team

* Flexible and adaptive personality

* Previous experience in customer service or similar environment preferable but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

* General warehouse duties

* Picking/Packing orders

* Delivering goods to customer and replenishing stocks as required

* Building, developing, and managing relationship with client

* Ensuring all records, systems and paperwork are kept up-to-date

* Always providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards
