Due to being recognised as one of the best companies to work for globally, they are now looking to increase their presence in Europe to ultimately become the world's number 1 BPO. With this exponential growth plans they are looking for an experienced new Sales Director who is enthusiastic and motivated to be a part of the company's exciting future.

As a Global Sales Director you are responsible for driving and implementing global Sales and business development strategies across several sites in Europe and Asia. You will achieve year on year growth across new and existing accounts to support the growth and expansion of the company. We are looking for someone with previous experience within the BPO industry and be able to deal with all level stakeholders internally and externally across the regions. You will also be liaising with the different site directors to develop a strategic plan in each location to identify gaps and fulfil specific requirements.

Duties & Requirements:
-Developing strategies to win new BPO business across several regions
-Building key stakeholder relationships with clients and stakeholders to generate new business opportunities?and grow current accounts
-Building a select pipeline of key prospects with the goal of closing strategic opportunities
-Establish goals and growth analysis, providing accurate and complete reports and forecasts to the CEO
-Sales and account reporting responsibilities including weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews

Profile Requirements:
-Strong experience working with the BPO/Contact Centre industry
-Proven track record of winning global BPO contracts
-Strong consultative commercial sales approach
-Excellent negotiator and communicator with a natural ability to solid business relationships
-Energetic, creative and entrepreneurial Team player
