Wild are currently recruiting for a Vetting Specialist to join a new team. This new and exciting opportunity is working for a modern, fast paced, energetic company.

As a vetting specialist you will play an important role making sure that all new customers are following the correct industry standards and all terms and conditions are met. You will focus on checking compliance details and checking all information matches. You will be processing security checks and checking for any suspicious fraudulent activity. As part of this role it is important to keep detailed records of all activity that is carried out. Due to the nature of this role it will involve difficult discussions with customers as requests may be declined. You will support the Fraud and Legal teams sharing information and collating reports, you will raise any security concerns and must provide evidence to support your findings. This role will have tight deadlines and they must be met.

For this role you must have great attention to detail, highly motivated and be determined to do well. You must be a self-starter and be able to manage your time efficiently. You must have experience managing difficult conversations and worked in a phone based customer service role. It would be beneficial if you have experience managing compliance and regulations. It is essential to have good clear written and verbal communication skills.
