Newstaff Employment Services are looking for a Transport Admin clerk for a company based in Bletchley Milton Keynes

Duties will include:

Pre brief all drivers
Ensuring all paperwork is issued
Plan routes for the van drivers and porters  
Engage positively with the driving staff
Completion of KPI reports and spreadsheets
Must:

Have good attention to detail
Be able to work on your own as well as in a team
Take pride in your work
Good English both spoken and written
Be able to use a PC
Flexibility to working shifts
IT literate
Good time keeping
Want to move up within the business
Well organised

Shifts:

Monday to Sunday, 4 on 2 off, 6am to 2pm and 11am to 7pm

Paying £11.50 an hour, 40 hours a week
