We have a very rare opportunity with one of our long standing clients for a Trainee Internal Sales Executive to come on board to handle customer enquires, orders and sales.

My client is a leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul products and services, including bearings, mechanical power transmission, pneumatics, hydraulics, tools and PPE so a background in engineering sales would be beneficial but not a must. You will be building relationships with new and existing clients to maximise sales opportunities and identify room for growth.

As part of the internal sales team you will be in demand as you will play a crucial part in the day to day operation of the branch. Do you want to be in demand?

You will be;

Posses strong Communication Skills and Demonstrate the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues

Willing to learn and take on constructive criticism to build you up
Familiar with customer services and have a real passion for customers and clientsExperience;

Customer Service experience and from a manufacturing/MRO/PPE background – Desired
Answering phones and responding to client request and enquiries via different communication methods
Keeping track of back orders and inventory
Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters
Supporting the operational teams with other adhoc tasks

This is a Monday to Friday Full time role with the occasional opportunity for overtime. Salary is dependant on experience and is negotiable.
