Our prestigious client is looking for reservation agents for the next 2-3 months at their beautiful hotel/restaurant based in Beaconsfield.

If you are looking for some work over the summer in a busy and exciting environment with lots of hours available – this may be the job for you.

Duties will include;

Answering a high volume of phone calls.

Taking bookings

Upselling to guests where possible

Candidate specification;

The desired candidate will need to have a pleasant telephone manner and be able to build rapport.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an environment such as a contact centre  

They must be happy to work weekends and some evenings (latest up until 8pm)

Typical shifts look like the below:

9am – 6pm

10am – 7pm

11am – 8pm

Temp 2-3 months

Start date- ASAP

45 hours per week

£11 phr

Based in Beaconsfield
