Role – Telemarketing Consultant
Salary – £20,000 – £24,000
Location – Home Based (Ideally within an hour of Milton Keynes for training purposes)

We are looking for our next Telemarketing Consultant to join our dynamic team and be part of our drive to deliver quality results for our clients who are all within various industries and continue our own business growth.

The ideal person will have the following skills/experience –
-Customer service experience
-Excellent telephone manner, and the ability to speak to clients effectively
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Attention to detail and organisational skills are a must
-The ability to manage your time and diary efficiently
-Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
-A positive forward-thinking attitude with the ability to multi-task

The key responsibilities for the role are as follows –
-Absolutely NO SELLING involved
-Make outbound calls to existing clients helping to manage their campaigns
-Purpose of calls are mainly appointment setting, lead generation & data cleansing
-Build relationship with both new and existing clients to help continue to build success for the company
-Communicate regularly with the Project managers and other consultants working on the same campaign with new ideas and best practice
-Meeting clients virtually/face to face (when applicable) for project and campaign briefings
-Aid senior management whenever needed with other projects and business related issues
