Our client are the distributors and support network for automated haematology and coagulation diagnostic analysers, reagents and information systems for laboratories and healthcare facilities within the UK and Ireland.
They are looking to recruit A Technical Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
The main aspects of the role –
Are to provide support to their customers, which may entail technical conversations with regards to supplier equipment, the deadlines and delivery of orders, identifying possible regulatory issues ,and collating data to create reports for suppliers and customers, and working to and handling managed service contracts
The ideal candidate –
Because of the nature and urgency of the product and services, this will only suit candidates who have worked within a similar role for a minimum of 4 years ideally within a call centre environment.
Previous experience of working with a technical or time crucial Customer Service role, is essential
The ideal person must be educated to A level standard or equivalent.
Must have comprehensive IT skills
Previous experience of report creation and management
It would be an absolute advantage –
To have experience, or knowledge of Biomedical Sciences (but this is not essential)
