I am supporting a leading worldwide manufacturer with their search for a Technical Customer Service Advisor, to join their team based in Milton Keynes.
Having undergone huge growth over the last few years, my client has plans for global growth – this role will be a pivotal part in not only their small UK based team as well as in supporting the above strategy to provide technical advice.

About the role:
Assistant the Technical team with incoming enquiries, via email & phone
Advising customers with technical & product advice
Support the field sales teams with guidance & advice
Learn the FAB for all catalogued products
Product referencing
Able to communicate this clearly over the phone & email
What's on offer:
£25,000 to £27,000 DOE
Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:15pm

Basic pneumatic training

Skillset & Qualifications:
Previous Customer Service experience
Strong organisational, planning & analytical skills
Knowledge of or a keen interest in pneumatic equipment
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills
Good IT skills: full Microsoft Office & SAP
