Hours of work require full flexibility Monday-Sunday between the hours of 08.00:20.00

The role of a Customer Services Team Leader –
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing team in a busy call centre environment, excellent coaching and motivating techniques as well being a credible leader with ability to get the best out of your teams.
Lead and manage team delivering & exceeding business KPIs
Provide regular coaching on an individual and team basis working towards achieving targets
Identify training needs of lower performing staff and take remedial action by structuring individual development plans and solutions using the SMART or STAR approach
Ensure that information is communicated effectively and in a timely fashion
Liaise with line managers and key stakeholders regards maximising campaign revenue/ growth
Key Attributes of a Customer Services Team Leader:
Can successfully demonstrate experience in managing a team, within a customer service environment
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate others, target driven and motivated to achieve both personal and team goals.
