Our client is looking for a hybrid Team Manager to take responsibility for managing an Administrative team with Account Management duties. The teams manage service level agreements on behalf of well-known brands and businesses. The Team Manager will interact daily between the client and the teams. The role will initially be home based but will eventually become a mix of office/home based working.
As a Team Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Ensuring that the targets agreed within the contract are achieved.
Supporting the team with training and development.
Internal reporting (both activity, performance and insight) to the Operations and Account Managers
Performance management / improvement.
Creating, documenting and continuously improving processes and procedures.
To be a successful Team Manager, you will need to have:
Management experience, ideally within a B2B/outsourced, service driven environment.
Excellent communication skills; able to articulate effectively, teach concepts and adapt styles across various methods of interaction.
Problem solving skills; you should be curious and willing to ask questions to root cause diagnose issues, constantly looking for ways to improve the project.
Strong IT skills, comfortable with CRM systems in addition to Excel
An excellent sense of personal accountability; you should care about the outcome of your
work and work hard to ensure the necessary standards are met and exceeded.
Superb client relationship management skills.
