We are looking for a professional, customer focussed individual to receive and redirect calls for our client in Central Milton Keynes. If you have a welcoming and confident telephone manner, then this could be a great opportunity for you. The role will also include some administration as well as receiving and redirecting calls within the company.

Our Switchboard Operator will need to have:

A great telephone manner and clear communication skills
Good IT skills, particularly Outlook and MS Office
Great customer service focus
Relevant experience would be an advantage but not essential
