Our client is searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their fast-expanding business and International Supply Chain Team. In this role you will assist the Senior Customer Service Manager, whilst being trained and developed by your colleagues.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be need to have experience in the key areas below:
o Working closely with the sales team to manage customer requirements and respond to any queries
o Receiving, evaluating and processing customer orders, ensuring that all information is accurate
o Reacting quickly, and communicating calmly and effectively with colleagues and customers to help to resolve any material supply issues
o Working alongside the on-site warehouse team to ensure all daily shipments are arranged on time and booked accordingly with our hauliers
o Assisting the team to manage the correct inventory levels and investigate any discrepancies
o Working with colleagues and suppliers to anticipate and pro-actively resolve any supply issues
o Helping to manage inventory levels to ensure that we can meet customer requirements quickly
o Learning about each role in the Supply Chain team to understand all aspects of our international distribution and provide holiday and sickness cover in all areas – materials management, purchase order processing etc.
o Helping to develop and improve Company strategy regarding supply chains and logistics

Personal Profile
o Strong numeracy and accuracy
o Rigorous approach to problem solving
o Customer Service-orientated
o Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
o Knowledge of Microsoft applications and ERP systems
o 3 years work experience in a similar role would be advantageous
