Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Student Advisor based in Central Milton Keynes for a reputable professional organisation.

Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 35 hours a week, Flexible shift rotation core hours usually 8:30 – 4:30pm/ 9:30 – 5:30pm. Monday – Friday.

As the Student Advisor your role will involve the following important duties:

Dealing with enquiries from new, existing and international students.
Receive and respond to enquiries through multiple platforms in your area.
Provide scheduled cover to other service areas.
Use CRM and other appropriate systems to record enquiries to department standards.
Responsible for enquiries related to the company's qualifications, certifications and routes to memberships. 
Understand products and services available to students, qualifications holders and members. 
Support students into membership in line with membership growth and retention targets.
Ensure that individuals meet their regulatory requirements.
The experience required…

As a successful Student Advisor, you will have the following:

Experience working within a customer advisory role.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Strong IT skills and experience working with CRM systems.
Experienced in managing multi-channel enquiries, phone, email, online chat and social media. 
General administrative experience.
Good organisational and planning skills.
